CTSAMM trains MVT Yei on Gender Sensitivity

On 24th November 2017, CTSAMM completed a two day Gender Sensitivity training for its Yei Monitoring and Verification Team (MVT) members. In accordance with article 1.7 of the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan (ARCSS), the training focused on how to monitor, verify and report on gender dimensions on the Permanent Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements (PCTSA) violations. As part of the Monitoring, Verification and Reporting (MVR)process, CTSAMM ensures that all its Ceasefire Monitors are aware of the of the inclusion of the impacts, experiences and priorities of women, men, girls and boys in building up reports, cases and documents that are gender responsive.
