April 16, 2018, Juba, The CTSAMM held a medal ceremony for outgoing ceasefire monitors to recognise their contribution to the mission. The monitors will be leaving the CTSAMM as they have completed their one year rotation with the mission. Presiding over the ceremony was the CTSAMM Chief of Staff, Theasa Burns. The CTSAMM MVT in Aweil have engaged the Ayuang Payam Community and the Womens Organisation Network in Aweil Town to sensitize them and obtain their feedback on the ACOH signed in Addis Ababa on 21st December, 2017. On 20th November 2017, the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, JMEC held its 21st Plenary Meeting in Juba.  In attendance were the Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism Deputy Chairman MG.
