The CTSAMVM Monitors in Leer conducted a one-day workshop in Leer on 8th January 2019. In attendance were SPLA IO Battalion Commanders from Brigade 4, Religious Leaders, Youth, Women groups, Elders and members from the local community as well as Col James, the SPLA IO Spokesperson of Unity State Sector II. The CTSAMVM is an important mechanism for ensuring accountability for those who violate the ceasefire agreement and in restoring peace and stability in South Sudan.
